Due to the limited schedule we can offer and the popularity of the experience, please understand that "no-shows" and "cancelled*" appointment will not be issued refunds or rescheduled. You are welcome to reschedule up to 48 hours prior to your session.
Also note that visits will be considered late at 15 minutes past and will be cancelled* and not refunded.
If you are going to be late, please contact Roni at 360-271-7896 (call or text). Sometimes we can make acceptations for emergency or illness situations. These will need to be a manual reschedule (not refunded), so please email me asap at thesmithshyre@gmail.com
If you are taking the ferry, others have recommended taking the ferry prior to the one you think you need. Many have not made the boat in time. Kitsap is a lovely place and you have many neat places to visit if you are early. Also, there are not Uber drivers here in Kitsap.
